Exchange and return

The online store carries out the return and exchange of goods.


Reasons for return/exchange

• the product did not suit you;

• you received a defective product or in the wrong package.


Conditions for returning goods

According to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" there are such key conditions:

You can return / exchange the goods within 14 days after receiving it;
the product has not been used;
the presentation is preserved (there are no spots, hooks, refractions and dents);
the integrity of labels, tags, labels, original packaging is preserved;
check or invoice available.

If you feel discomfort during the fitting process or visually evaluate the product and understand that it does not suit you, please let us know. We will solve the problem together.


The procedure for returning or exchanging goods

For this you need:

Within 14 days after receiving the order, report the reason for the exchange / return (send an email to everland.best@gmail.com or call the contact number).
The manager will help you make a return / exchange of goods.
Pack carefully, complete with the labels and original packaging you received when you received the item.
Send the package to the address given by the manager.
Do not specify return shipping or postpaid when submitting an exchange order.

Shipping cost

Due to the online store: the goods turned out to be defective or the order was incorrectly completed due to our fault.


At the expense of the buyer both ways: the goods did not fit. If you sent the item back at our expense, we will need to take this into account when determining the total amount for a new order/refund.


Refund

We will refund your money within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the package from you.

More about reimbursement

If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order on the website by choosing cash on delivery or cash on delivery.


If the cost of a new order exceeds the amount of the previous one, we will invoice you for an additional payment.
If the new amount is less, we will refund your money.
We will send a new exchange order when we receive the product that did not suit you.


Features of the return / exchange of goods in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine

According to the law, a number of goods of good quality cannot be exchanged or returned.

goods for newborns (diapers, nipples, feeding bottles, etc.)
tools for manicure, pedicure (scissors, nail files, etc.)
We are aware that sometimes it is difficult to make a selection of goods via the Internet without errors. Therefore, we will consider the possibility of exchanging / returning an inappropriate thing if these goods have not been used. That is, if you just changed your mind, did not try on the purchase or did not use it.
The decision to exchange / return items that, according to the current legislation, are NOT returnable, remains with the online store. Such situations are considered individually.
