I want to make an order. How and when can it be delivered?
 
 

The Everland.best online store sends orders by all major carrier companies in Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories. If you placed an order and prepaid for its delivery before 14:00, then the goods will be shipped from the warehouse in Kiev on the same day. If the order is placed after 14-00, then the shipment of the goods may be carried out the next day.

Sending orders from warehouses not in Kiev is carried out within 1-3 days.

When confirming the order, our manager will definitely notify you about the terms of delivery of your order.

Exceptions and delays are possible on calendar and public holidays, as well as for orders placed during the sales period.

Cost of delivery

The cost of delivery depends on the tariffs of the postal service you choose. Delivery of goods is not included in its price and is paid by you separately. Also, if you have chosen cash on delivery as a payment method, then the carrier will additionally charge a commission. It is:

UKRPOSHTA

Order up to 2000 UAH. – from 10 UAH or 2% of the order amount
Order over 2000 UAH. — 8 UAH + 1% of the order amount.

NEW MAIL

— 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount.

When ordering by cash on delivery, you pay us the cost of delivery, 150 UAH, on the card, the remaining amount is paid upon receipt of the order.

Courier service rates may change without prior notice to the online store. Therefore, please check with your carrier for the relevance of shipping rates and cash on delivery.

The gift certificate does not cover shipping.

The costs of the exchange and return of goods are paid by the buyer.

Address delivery in Kiev and suburbs

It is carried out by the courier of New mail. Upon receiving the parcel, before paying the courier, check your order for compliance and integrity.

For timely confirmation of delivery by the courier, please be in touch at the contact phone number. Couriers contact the client in advance 30-40 minutes before their arrival on the scheduled day of receiving the order!

If the courier called twice and you did not answer the phone, and the courier has already left your area, then the delivery will be rescheduled for the next day.

If you are ordering goods at the Business Center, which has access control, please ensure the passage of the courier or meet him at the checkpoint.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?


After sending the order, you will receive an SMS with the number of the express waybill (EN)/TTN.

Please note that the order is stored in the branch for no more than 5 working days, after which it is sent back or an additional cost is charged for its storage!

Check the package at the branch of the company in the presence of an employee. In case of an incomplete set, shortage of goods, it is necessary to draw up an act of non-compliance.

If the packaging is damaged or mechanical damage is found on the product, you can refuse the product or file a claim with the carrier. The company is obliged to compensate for the damage caused if it was caused through its fault.

Express delivery

After sending the order, you will receive an SMS with the number of the express waybill (EN)/TTN.
